Kyoeisha and Baroness pair up on the fairway

Kyoeisha UK has added the Baroness LM2700 to its range.

Suitable for fairways and with a cut height from 8mm up to 45mm, the LM2700 is a mid-weight four-wheel drive mower. It is able to cut a 277cm (9ft) swath via five nine-bladed cylinder cutting units, and is powered by a Kubota V2203-M four cylinder 32.7kW diesel engine.

The mower is designed to work in even the toughest of conditions, with a maintenance programme designed to result in less down time and repair procedures.

The machine is fitted with a multi-adjustable ergonomic seat and step through user platform, with controls that are said to be straightforward to use. Adjustment of the mower is also intended to be easy using the Baroness setting bar.

This enables the operator the choose the angle of approach of the bed knife to cater for all grass types and the wing units swing out to eliminate the need to adjust any of the cutting units from underneath the machine.

The on-demand hydrostatic 4-wheel drive delivers a mowing speed of 0-14kph with a transport speed 0-22kph. The mower comes fitted with disc brakes to ensure operator and course safety when turning.
